They don't care. Everyone is paid via an agency. We are contracted to the hospitals, we are not their employees. Lots of people travel in trailers and do this. Your shift is over, you leave. You need to be on time when your next shift starts. What you do on your own time is your own business. But you are expected to leave when your shift is done.

Your choices for housing with the agency are to have them provide it for you, or take the per deim rate. I wouldn't dream of staying in hotels. I have a friend who got bedbugs that way, and has spent a fortune but still hasn't gotten rid of them at home.
