Do you work days or nights?
Neither insulation nor drywall will do much for you if you are only in the trailer at night. No realistic amount of insulation will keep a trailer in the sun cooler than ambient. And the thermal mass of the drywall will be cool in the morning but will release heat at night -- acting like a space heater!
If you work days, I think a better plan is to have a solar panel running a super-quiet roof fan all day, blowing the hot air out, and an ac or ice at night. Try lying on an ice pack, too.
If you work nights, I think your goose is cooked.
