Actually picked up the trailer I bought yesterday, and it's much nicer and better insulated than I thought. The guy I bought it from said he never had any problem at all keeping it cool at night, and he traveled all over the state. I'm going to just play it by ear and see how it goes, but I am proceeding with the solar panels to have lights and tv on battery, and just run the generator to initially cool it down and run the microwave. Unfortunately, I've got a salvo of several shifts coming at me and I have no time to get accustomed to things. Today I am setting up a makeshift shower until I can find a few days off and lay out a floor plan. Much depends on how quiet I can engineer a solution for the generator.
