I'd suggest to use expanded foam board on the walls and ceiling. Incorporate a vapor barrier. I wouldn't have drywall in a trailer, it makes no sense when better alternatives are available and cost less. You could pull the factory paneling and reinstall with longer screws.
A 5000 BTU A/C window unit will cool that trailer to meat-hanging temps. How you power it will be up to you. I'd search for a cheap campsite with 120 available or try to plug into someones exterior receptacle with an agreement to pay for power.
