There are all sorts of home built trailers out there. Check craigslist. If you've got a tag on your trailer and lights, I don't see where any state is too worried about how you camp. But hey, whatever.
Every day I drive down the road I see the majority of fellow drivers speeding.
Good luck telling a LEO that speeding is NOT illegal because everybody speeds too.
