Excellent info posted by Downtheroad, but be aware that "Corian" is a brand name and you may or may not have Corian brand countertop. If you don't the site posted might not match what you have. Lots of brands of solid countertop so verify your brand if possible. I have Corian "looking" solid countertop in my new trailer but it's a different brand.

When we had Corian counter tops put in, I told the installer I'd like to do some projects with that stuff and he told me to come down anytime and go through their remnants.
So maybe check out some local companies.
