Why not sandpaper? Sand paper comes in far finer grades than Scotchbrite.
I've sanded many, many cars after being fresh painted. A little 1500-2000 grit, keeping it wet while sanding, followed by the proper buffing compound makes for a nice, smooth, glass like finish.
I actually wet sanded and buffed our MH when it came home as I thought I could do a better job than the factory did. I was right. :B
I'm just wondering why refinishing Corian wouldn't be the same?
