I can't think of too many campgrounds that could accommodate that kind of rig. Even if they could, many would not want it in the campground. Perhaps some "elite" campground would be ok with it.
If you did find a CG you would probably have a great deal of trouble getting there and maneuvering around in it. Most, unless they are basically a parking lot or open field, will have fairly tight interior roads to get to the sites.
Your idea sounds really cool but I really can't see any practical use for it in the campgrounds that I'm familiar with. If you are into rock concerts, auto racing, etc. perhaps it would be fine there.
