Does anyone know how to split the 2 parts of norcold 2118 flapper. I want to see if I can fix the 2 hinges. I removed the one screw, but still can't get it opened. Thanks

I want to take the flapper apart. The two plastic hinges are broke. I can't figure out how it's snapped together.
Does anyone know where I could get the two plastic hinges for flapper.
