I checked the Thetford site and I have the ARIA model.
Aria is way different than Tecma
Click on Aria Deluxe under the 'Permanent Toilets' section
When you click on it.........a list of pdf files pops up (Service Kits/Owners Manual/Installation Manual etc.

- mccsixExplorerI love current approach to old systems that really didn't need fixing. As more and more MH makers try to out-accessorize their competition, you see so many problems reported with the added on complexities. We didn't really need electrical help to flush the toilet, heat hot water or empty our tanks.
- TinyandthegangExplorerMy toilet flapper sticks sometimes if it has set along time with no water in the bowl. Just push on the flapper and all is well again.
- KlueckExplorerWe had an electric Aria toilet and had nothing but problems and it was a very, very expensive toilet. Finally the electrical components failed and we replaced it with an ARia non electric (still having problems with that too and it's also a very expensive toilet)
There should be a way to manually flush the toilet until you can get it worked out. Do you have a manual? On ours, we had to reach around behind it to manually flush. Not fun, but do-able. - bullydogs1ExplorerHere's what happened to me, with the Tecma....the plastic piece where the water is distributed (back center) cracked by age and the piece went down into the macerator..stopped it dead...I had to lift the toilet, remove the motor form the bottom etc and open up the motor and out came the part of the plastic piece...and that freed it up..I was wondering what happened to the rest of it...it went into the black tank and when my sanicon was pumping it got into that and I had to disassemble that to get it out Needless to say I'm not a fan of the Tecma Toilet...by the way, the parts for that thing are outrageous..I wanted to replace the top seat as the metal assembly was corroding. (250 bucks)...I made my own assembly..the buttons work but the soft piece was starting to rip...they want 240 bucks for that button...I'll live with the slight imperfection....Good thing I had latex gloves when I pulled that toilet and the wires had no slack at all and it was a bear to get them back together.
- Old-BiscuitExplorer IIIIF it's a macerator style toilet then no flapper.
Push button...water solenoid opens, water goes in bowl, macerator pump turns on/grinds up stuff and pumps it to waste tank - gsf35099ExplorerI thought that might be the case after I did a little Google. There is a video out there on how the toilet works. Maybe it can help. Good luck.

It looks complicated, I had a similar problem with my Thetford Aqua Magic Style II toilet but mine's a lot different from yours.
