Toilet Flapper won't open up
Went to flush the Tecma toilet, the water went into the bowl but the flapper on the bottom did not retract to let everything out. What's the fix on this one ?

It looks complicated, I had a similar problem with my Thetford Aqua Magic Style II toilet but mine's a lot different from yours.
