I installed large car stereo systems for years. I've seen these "Auto-Reset" circuit breakers fail and burn up a number of times. If they detect a short, they open , and then automatically reset but if the short is still there they continue to cycle until failure. Hopefully they fail in the open state.
Bussman or an actual fuse is the ONLY way to go....I would NEVER trust my TT to a $5 auto reset breaker...
BTW....I recently bought a Forset River Toy Hauler, and while running my solar wiring I discovered one of these buggers mounted under the trailer, with access to wheel splash, about 6 feet from the battery!!! That 6' piece of 6 gauge wire was totally unprotected as it ran through and by various metal areas of the frame....YIKES! The CB should be mounted as close as possible to the battery and I usually use a 2" piece of copper strap and attach the CB directly to the battery. This eliminates two crimp connectors and a short piece of wire.
