I'm also in the "replace with better" camp. I replaced my coach electrical distribution box with a Blue Sea unit and feed it with a 150A Bussman. It's absolutely worth it to have a highly reliable, sealed breaker.
I very much agree that auto-reset is no bueno. If there is a problem, I want to know that a breaker kicked and I want to test that circuit.
