I like your mod on the stove/oven and I was able to find the igniter block at Home Depot but not the high-temp fiberglass tape. Checked Lowe's, an electrical supply store, and Home Depot with no luck.
Where did you find the tape???
Is that wire holding up under the high oven temperatures?
