Nice upgrade, those fans look substantial! We added a fan to the rear of our fridge last spring and it really made a substantial difference in hotter weather camping.
I agree with the others, its likely best to work with natural convection and pull the hot air up. Though I have to wonder if it is better to push the cool air across the fins, rather than pull the hot air...
