If you really want a diesel in your motor home, your best option would be to contact Destroked and have a talk with them about the feasibility.

I have a Coachman Concord class C 27ft. with the Powerstroke and it is worth the difference. 12.5 MPG and all the power you will ever need. Mine has the propane injection system but I have never needed it. Love my Diesel Class C.
I see your profile shows you have a 6.3L? I assume you meant 6.0L? Ford never had a 6.3L.
To the OP, you'll never get a 6.7 to fit and if it did, all the other elements required would just not make it financially feasible. The 6.7 is only paired with the 6 speed transmission for example.

- n7bsnExplorerIn point of fact the doghouse in the E350/E450 is so tight Ford still puts the old 2-valve V10 in it, vrs the 3-valve they put in the F series

I think the one you are thinking about is a Super C. - JaxDadExplorer IIIFour Winds as an example already build them with a Powerstroke in a Ford Chassis.
I think by the time you got done doing a swap you've already spent a pretty big chunk of change, may as well just trade up and be done with it....... with a full warranty to boot. - DrewEExplorer IIThe only diesel engines that Ford put in the E series (well, the fourth generation E-series, from 1997 on) were the 7.3L and 6.0L engines. Swapping one of them (say, from a cargo van) would be at least possible, particularly if it's from a close year. Some few class C's were made with them, even. I looked at a Gulfstream Ultra with the 7.3 that I would have been quite interested in if it didn't have very extensive water damage due to neglected maintenance.
As Trackrig says, the 6.7 won't work due to space constraints. (Ford gave that as the reason why it wouldn't be offered for the E-Series.) - TrackrigExplorer IIHave you looked under the hood on a Ford truck with a 6.7? It's so crowded you can't get your hand down in there. The engine would be nice, but I don't see how you'd ever get everything into the doghouse compartment in a class C. If you managed that, installing the transmission, transfer case and front end from a donor truck to give the C four wheel drive would probably be pretty easy.
