My TT has two sets of entry steps. The main entry steps are three steps and easy to gain entry to the TT. the second by the bed room is only two steps and even the dogs have trouble getting into the TT. I am trying to think of a step that is portable like in folding that I can use to make it safe for DW and the dogs to get in the TT at night. I am lucky in the fact that DW gets up to let the dogs out for their mid night pee run so the least I can do is get a step so they are safe. don't you think. no comments on that OK? just to be clear on this, we only use the bedroom door when we have our kids and grand children with us ages 2 and under and the sofa bed is down so that door is not accessible at night.

old guy...Grab one of these. Works great. Also use it to climb into the bed of the truck to load the bicycles. They also make a deluxe model with adjustable legs for uneven ground.Camping World, Amazon, RV Parts Store...lots of places on line.

Why not just replace the two step assembly with a 3 step like on the main entry?

Can you lower the steps? Look underneath where the attach you may be able to lower them.

When parked in our driveway (which has a significant slope) at at some non-level campsites, it is a long way down from our steps to the ground. This is especially harder for my wife. So I waited for a sale, went to Harbor Freight and took along my 20% off coupon, and bought this. It was way too tall, so I cut down each leg and re-attached the plastic feet. It works perfectly, is very solid, and folds up for storage.

I was at a garage sale and found a thingy that was used for step exercises.

Just the right size for the few times we need an extra step. Do you know anyone who has taken on of those classes and has no use for theirs.

We use the workout steps..in fact have two sets in case we need them for both doors. Both sets came from the Salvation Army store. It's amazing how many you can find there. I really like the option for using one, two or three layers depending on how much height you need to make up.

down the road, I have one of those and DW hates it the legs stick and hand she trips on them. she has MS so I have to help her a lot. I have thought of replacing with a three step.
