How do I connect my Coleman Roadtrip to the quick connect?

I watched a video online where the guy shows you what you need in order to do this but he says that you need an adapter that is 1/8 to 1/4 and I can't find that size anywhere. Is that the correct size...

I believe there is also an issue with the propane regulator setup... I have no idea what the difference are but hear there is something you have to do here as well...

I have no issues using the 1lb canisters with my ROADTRIP. I need to carry extra 1lb canisters anyway to support my back-up MR Buddy heat source. Having two different units using that uses them ensures me I always have some on hand when needed...
