How do I connect my Coleman Roadtrip to the quick connect?

I watched a video online where the guy shows you what you need in order to do this but he says that you need an adapter that is 1/8 to 1/4 and I can't find that size anywhere. Is that the correct size...

I'm running my Coleman Roadtrip LX off my trailer's rear LP port. Works great. Had to remove the grill's regulator and install appropriate adapters. The trailer had a proprietary female connector that didn't quite match any male ends off the shelf. I ended up having to replace it with a matching pair of male/female connectors. Don't have a photo of that end.
