I kinda like the KEYED one idea like this one where you can remove the key if you like.

The ones that have a nice ID plate is kinda neat as well...



I use the BLUE SEA SEALED battery switches with my multiple battery setup. I like these because the contacts make before break so you can reduce the possibility of internal arcing of the contacts when switching under load.
