I'm not sure why you would want to burn current needlessly to watch a meter show you the same thing it did an hour ago? Don't forget, it's not only the current to run the LED, or LCD backlight, but also the electronics running the system. I forget the draw of the SeeLevel, but it's high enough to take notice, but only when on, and only one tank at a time.. With 3 tanks running, 3 displays (not even made), running continuously, and you're gonna run into battery issues.
PS- I just looked.. They claim "less than 200ma" so let's call it 200ma per tank. That's over 1/2a draw 24/7.. Good luck
