We are finding that our Horst probes are very accurate. It would seem that some have a hard time believing how well these probes work.
If there is any inaccuracy, it's because of the elevations the factory put the original ones at. 2/3 in our black tank is more like 90%, but it's consistently indicates the same at 90% and that's what is important.
It isn't the accuracy of the Horst probes I don't like, it's the inaccurate levels on the display I don't like. Knowing the actual levels by percentage instead of some arbitrary level point lets us plan filling and dumping better as we travel. As we stay in a lot of state and national parks that don't have at the site sewer connections, that's important enough to us to spend the extra few dollars and hour or two to install a SeeLevel II system.
