RV faucets are typically just really cheap residential faucets. You certainly can replace it with any one of a suitable size and mounting from wherever, and likely get a better faucet in the process.
If the existing faucet is one with washers (vs. a ceramic quarter-turn or single handle valve), it might be possible to stop the leak just by snugging down on the valve packing nut, assuming it has one underneath the handle.
