Lippert (Venture) Electric Slide Actuator failure

I've been having issues of recent with one of my slides. I have 2 that oppose each other in the rear. The one slide has an actuator and a link shaft to another gear set as it houses the refer, pantry ...

DRV Gave up on the Lippert electric slide outs after having used hydraulic for years. They only used the electrics 1 year and now have gone to a cable system. Truthfully I think they're all******except the hydraulics and those you have to have the rollers replace every 4 or 5 years. Hope your mods work for you.
