I can not say for your trailer but all I have seen the underbelly is attached to the metal frame with self drilling screws. If you put the proper bit in your drill, they come out easily. The junction box shouldn't be very far in there. I have put back up lights on all of my trailers and every time, the one wire in the truck cord not connected to anything is the one for the backup lights but you should check it with a meter. What I do is run a wire from that box to the back and use small led lights something like this
They come on whenever the truck is in reverse and work great.

It goes into the belly pan and disappears. Before I pull down the whole belly pan, I'd like to know where I'm starting.

BTW, how does that come off? It looks like it's nailed on.

I'll have to run a wire from there to the back of the trailer, where I'll install something. Don't know what yet, but something :)

On all three of the fifth wheels that I have owned, it is on the inside of the pinbox. On the travel trailers, I think it was on or under the tongue. Either way, just trace the truck cord back

That's what the centre pin on a Bargman 7-pin connector is for. You'd want to feed +12 vdc to this pin from the TV's back up lights so when you put the vehicle in reverse the back up light(s) on the trailer will come on as the TV's back up lights come on.
