Our 2007 TrailCruiser hybrid didn't have an oven, just a stove, and when we discovered how costly it would be to add a gas oven after the fact I instead looked around for a large size toaster convection oven. Eventually I found one at Sears and although it turned out to work really well, pretty well the same as the electric oven in our stick house, it sure pumped out the heat, and even with the stove vent fan running it would really heat up the inside of the camper. We therefore set it up on a camp table, under the awning where it was protected from the weather and where excessive heat wouldn't matter. My wife does occasionally use the gas oven in our current trailer but it doesn't seem to pour out excessive heat as did that electric convection oven so based on this experience I personally would no longer consider using an electric oven of any type inside a camper.
