Winter time is always a good time for projects. I too liked your generator rain cover box. My 2KW Honda Generator sits secured with a lock cable in the tailgate corner of my truck bed. My truck bed has the FOLD-A-COVER locking folding bed cover on it
When I use it I pull it on onto the tailgate and start it up. This puts it out from under the bed cover. When the weather looks bad I have a 2x4 feet piece of plyboard I can sit on the top of the bed cover and let it extend over the generator a bit. I have to sit something heavy on the board to get it from blowing away... I need to come up with something for that project...
Yesterday I finally tore into my house laptop computer/docking station setup and figured out why my external speaker setup wasn't working. I have been listening to the smaller internal Dell M90 laptop speakers for some time now - not the best quality in the world. Now I am back to full fidelity mode. Listened to a couple of downstreaming TV Shows (HAWAII 5-0 and BLUE BLOOD) today that I missed last night while I was watching the GOLD RUSH series and sounds like I am back in business now...
