Need replacement thermostat help

I have a 91 Fleetwood Prowler 34F. The thermostat needs to be replaced. Local service guy says it's a Coleman Robershaw model. The front plate reads Remote Control Coleman. The furnace is a Coleman as well.
The thermostat has 7 wires in the back.
Any suggestions where I can find one in stock or a workable replacement?

Thanks,

Rog

  • Do a google search, there are many posts on how people have done the changeover. I put a Hunter Brand digital-thermostat in my trailer. It is not that hard, but if you're gonna do it, you should put in alittle research first.
  • There's a total of 7 wires (of which there are 2 red and 2 white)
    Wires I can identify are:
    R - Red
    W - White
    Y or 1 - Black
    GH - Green
    GI - Brown
    B - White

    2 switches
    Left
    Heat - Off - Cool

    Right switch
    Low - High - Fan

    Airconditioner Coleman Model: 6727-739

    Furnace: Coleman

A Honeywell Digital T-stat (Model Honeywell RTH3100C) should be a good replacement.

What are the color of wires on old t-stat?
What terminal does each color wire go to on old t-stat? (Mark them/label them/ID them PRIOR to removing from old t-stat!!!!)
    Do you have heat pump?
    What model is Furnace?
    What model is A/C Unit?

Answer those questions and a wiring diagram for swapping out t-stat can be posted.
