I thank all who responded. I think you can assume I will follow the manufacturers recommedations on laying them.
It seems to me from reading the responses that the majority of those that have actually used them have had no problems. (or very minor ones)
My trailer is used full time in many climates. But not North Dakota. I have no wish to return there unless forced.
What about my question about how far did you tile under the slides? does anyone have any insight there?
