I wouldn't install anything that is glued to the subfloor in an RV. Temp. extremes great enough and prolonged enough will cause damage. Do some googling - there is enough info. to make it too risky. Check with the flooring manufacturers. Pulling up glued tiles would not be fun either. I would either install new sheet flooring (use old as a pattern) or free-floating laminate. Many have done it though without issues though but maybe just got lucky or haven't had great enough temp. swings.
One manufacturer says:
