I noticed a problem with the Oxygenics hose being too stiff for my liking. But after a couple of weeks, it softened with hot water passing through it.

I recently upgraded to an oxy shower head as well and agree that while the head is better, the hose I am also not a fan of. Stiff and hard to deal with.

New Oxygenics hose is terrible - replaced mine with metal one that was much more flexible.

Never noticed a problem with the Oxygenics hose. Perhaps it softens when it is passing hot water???
