Painting TT
I bought a used TT and took off decals and have prepared sides for painting with a spray gun after love bugs leave. Has anyone painted their TT and if so how did it turn out?

I didn't prime the surface before painting.
Just a good sanding job, wash with clear water and wipe down with a tack cloth.
I had to paint outside so I draped a tarp over a frame.
Sprayed with a cheap HVLP gun.
About 2 tablespoons of acetone in one quart of Rustoleum enamel was perfect.
