When I rebuilt my 81 Citation, I bought all new siding for it.
I did get it from an RV dealer parts department, but it wasn't some high priced thing they ordered in.
This dealers service dept had a complete set of the roll formers and the machine to run all their own siding. They had about half a dozen different profiles and a limited choice of a few colors.
So I looked at their profile samples, picked the one I wanted, in white, and supplied them with a complete list of the cuts and sizes.
They did a spectacular job of it. I was very pleased. Had to rent a 24 foot cube van to bring it home. It's kinda flimsy on its own.
This was quite a few years ago when aluminum was cheaper, but seems to me I paid about $1315. Or something like that for enough to do an entire 25 foot TT.
Perhaps you could poke around your local areaxandcsee if anyone has a siding rollformer line.
Prior to that I checked an online RV place for pricing. They wanted to rip me a new one via my wallet. It pays to ask around. I forget the name of the place, all... something?
A tree came down and scrapped the slideout side denting them in.
