I jack on the trailer frame just behind the rear tire. Remove wheel and set jackstand under frame. Repeat for each wheel for a total of 4 jackstands.
Put the wheels in the Suburban and take them up to the tire store.

The jackstands under the frame are holding the weight of the trailer. I have one under each axle here because I was re-doing the suspension and needed to raise/lower the axle to get the bolts to line up. When I bought tires I jacked the curbside up in the same fashion and let the trailer sit on 4 jackstands while at the tire store. No jackstands under the axles this time.
