Replacing 4 tires (jacking up)

This is what I did. I jacked off of a bracket in between leaf springs. Worked perfectly. I actually did not bother with jack stands. Luckily had Sunoco down the street. I jacked up both on one side...but left one to serve as a jack stand. Yeah - more work...but worked for me.
