I don't know of any "forum" that lets you post pictures directly into your post without going through a host service. What are you going to "insert"? Do you want this forum to access your computer for the picture? If not, where do you expect this forum to get the picture from? This forum does not host photos (except for Profile pictures).
I don't really see what your beef is. How much trouble is it to upload your picture to the site I gave you and then copy that url into your post? It is only one more step than if you uploaded your picture directly to the forum. :R
