Replacing carpet with laminate flooring
I am thinking of replacing the carpet in the dining area with Laminate. Any suggestions on getting the carpet out from under the slide, and how would you get the new flooring secured under the slide? ...

Replaced our carpet. Left the carpet under the slide.
Just cut the carpet and leave enough to put a metal trim piece down. After you put in the flooring you want.
I used peal and stick vinyl squares.
Make sure you get all the staples off the wood floor.
If you really insist on going under the slide.
You have to tilt it outward to get under it.
