- Teacher_s_PetExplorerPrice Pfister is our faucet of choice, their life-time warranty is real. Just make sure you have your receipt or the model ID tag found on the supply lines. After 9 years fulltiming, had one of our OEM Pfister vanity faucets fail at a supply line entry point to the brass body. One photo of the ID tag in an e-mail and I had a new faucet with-in a week or so. When our second Tiffin OEM B&M kitchen sink faucet failed last year, it was replaced with a similar Pfister model for $50 less than Tiffin's parts department price for another B&M faucet.
- tenbearExplorerBy all means buy a faucet at a hardware store or big box store. Make sure that the new shower will fit in the same holes as the old. You may need an adapter to connect to the plumbing.
I replaced our kitchen faucet (sorry, no pics) and I had to remove the sink to get access to the faucet, it is mounted in the counter behind the sink. - 2000_KiwiExplorerI added one I got from Lowes... I wanted to add a side sprayer and single lever for temp control. It was a very simple job, the most difficult part was getting under the sink to remove the old one.

Plumbing is not my forte but I can do simple, straightforward stuff. DW wants a new kitchen faucet. I saw this in CW.
Has anyone installed one? How'd it go?
Why not? As long as there is enough space from the cabinet frame for that big washer or whatever is holding it to the counter underneath. You can install pretty much any faucet from big box store.
But you might have to add short supply lines and/or cut your existing PEX tubes, to connect it. Hopefully you won't have to cut - try bending/pushing those PEX tubes first.
If you have to cut PEX tube, you will need supply lines with female fitting on the supply end, and a pair of Sharkbite push-on fittings with male ends to connect to these female fittings. The fitting on the "faucet end" of supply line will depend on what is there on the faucet - most often faucets have female 1/2" nuts. Home Depot will have all this. - _tiredTeacherExplorer II

I installed the same one and it went smoothly, all the connections were the same as the old one. ...This thing is just a plug and play faucet, all the connections are the same as the original with out any extra fittings or adapters.
Working in such a small place that makes this a lot easier without all the hassel of getting all the fittings to fit and not leak.
Now that's what I wanted to hear. I'm all about connections being the same, especially since I'm a 3X dude squeezing into a small cabinet.
I think this is the route I'll go.

- Fixed_Sight_TraExplorerI replaced the small bathroom faucet on our kitchen sink with this one.

The old one was too low to fill a water bottle or pan but this one works great. Good pressure on the sprayer, very convenient design and well made. Realistically speaking it has to work about 30 to 50 days a year. I don't need a $200 faucet. - IAMICHABODExplorer II

Hey Teach, let us know how it went on the install. - _tiredTeacherExplorer IIOK. I have a week long trip coming up at the end of the month, and I never do a mod before leaving town. I met the lawyer, Mr. Murphy, when I was an auto mechanic.
I will bump this topic after doing the replacement.
