Replacing stove vent

$200 US?!! :E Hmmm, I just added an inexpensive PWM DC converter I purchased online for less than $20 Cdn and can now set the vent fan to any speed I want, from completely off to full speed or anywhere in between. A couple of pics and a video of my installation start here.

I think that one was written up in trailer life a few months ago that included some instructions. It didn't look too tough to do

Not familiar with that product, but I see no reason why it would not work just fine for you. The standard RV range fans tend to be VERY NOISY so anything would be an improvement.
