Well it is a nice slip resistant coating, and now almost 2 years later has proved to be leak free to this point.

I have not had anyone say "Looks like you painted your roof yourself!" yet. In fact nobody seems to care much about it, and I have not had any white streaks down the sides, (like the old EPDM roof) so I am happy with the results!
