I plan on using it this winter. Several in this snowbird park use the product and have no complaints. They seem to re-apply it after 3-5 years, but down here the sun is brutal and the owners are very particular (and retired with time.)
Only thing is they tell me the roof has to very clean. Which would be true with just about any product.
