You can get this as ACE Hardware, around $105/pail. I put it on almost 2 years ago and still no leaks. a 5 gallon pail was enough to do 4 coats on a 39 foot class A. The roof itself was 10 years old, and had sat in Phx. for a year and a half. It was beat up from the sun.

It is EPDM compatible.
