It is important to note -
You can spend a lot of money on a 2000 watt inverter and STILL NOT be able to run your microwave oven.
Most microwave ovens will only run on Pure Sine Wave inverters.
I learned the hard way! My microwave would run but it would not heat things up. ?????
Everything except microwave and air conditioner run great just on solar and batteries.
I did run a small inverter to be able to use small appliances on AC power. BUT everything I could possibly use as DC I have gotten DC power cords for.
