My inverter is a Tripp-lite MSW inverter, everything runs just fine on it. Then again it isn't a el cheapo either, it is an industrial inverter. There is a difference.
I did have a PSW inverter last year, it couldn't take the stress of starting the A/C. I had a smaller MSW inverter for the TV, sat and phone charging but those things got hot and the TV had lines in it, not so with the Tripp-lite.
