If LP fridge circuits can't be run off the batteries for a few days, then the rig is not ready for off-grid living. Luckily, many TTs have 6 or 7 cu.ft fridge with no bells and whistles. There are door defrosters on some, and it can be disabled. My Norcold draws about 10 AH.
