RV A/C ceiling vent changes -- could use some tips

I have this very same issue in my TT. The bunkhouse gets very little air from the A/C. Worse yet, the five kids in there add to the heat.

And the odor ;)

I was wondering if there was some sort of booster fan that could fit in the vent. I searched and searched in mods and on the internet. No dice.
