I e mailed this alternator guy. He told me that alt will charge all day because of its design.. Low idle charging. He even runs a 1000 watt inverter in his truck.
This was several years ago when I had the one batt off the truck..
Yes you have the AD244.. Its a great alternator.Because of the split diodes for cooling.
2006 they went to two pin.
