I've been using it for a couple years and it works great IMO. If there's a line at the dump station at a campground I simply go home to dump. I have a sewer clean-out about 50 ft away.
I bought a 75 foot dedicated 3/4" hose off Amazon, cut one end off and clamped the cut end to the Sewer Solution with a hose clamp. Did not use the supplied adapter.
Drawbacks are it uses a lot of water and can be slow compared to other methods.
However, when I dump at home I'm not in a hurry, take my time and use my tank sprayer too to get the tanks really clean.
