Showerhead- replace or not??

Our RV came with a low-flow showerhead. I don't have a problem with the spray or shut-off switch. According to the printing on the showerhead it has a 2.5 gpm rating. The only reason I would want to change it is if I can find one that would save more water or has massager settings. Some of the ones that are supposed to be massagers according to the reviews they are too weak to make it worth the purchase. I have seen showerheads with a 2.2 gpm rating, but that doesn't seem like enough difference to buy a new one. Does anyone know of a good showerhead that has a lower rating than 2.2? And/or one that truly is a massager?

    Bumpy,
    Our current showerhead works fine. I'm just asking if anyone has found one that saves more water and/or has a good massager. Ours saves water, but only 2.5 gpm and does not have a massager feature.

    did you take the flow reducing washer out of yours to see how it worked then?
