Stepped-Up to a TrailerSaver Hitch

I wonder if there's functionally much difference between the trailer saver and something like the air ride pin box? Seems a lot easier to add the weight to the pin box which naturally gets removed from the bed instead of the hitch. Of course once you've got the hitch you can move it between trailers and trucks so it might have some advantage in long term cost if you're switching trucks and/or trailer with any regularity.
